Story

Hello!

My name is Laura and I am a journalist with the Port Macquarie News!

I have been challenged by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service to take the Leap for Life and abseil from the rooftop of Rydges Port Macquarie - a 9 storey building - all for a good cause.

The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service plays a vital role in helping people all over NSW in horrible situations, from helping in search and rescue operations to transporting critically sick and injured people to hospital.

But they need our help, this free service can only continue if people give generously or crazy people like me agree to jump off buildings trying to raise awareness for the incredible work they do.

So please give consider donating to help me achieve my goal of raising $2000 by June 1 - the day of the jump!
